This magnificent Napoleon III château, nestled between Toulon and Hyères on the Mediterranean coast, was built in the 19th century and meticulously redecorated in the 1990s by a renowned architect. The exceptional property features 11 expansive bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, along with generous living spaces: a grand lounge, a vast library, a professional-grade kitchen, a summer kitchen, a winter garden, and a large conference hall ideal for hosting seminars by the sea. The beautifully landscaped grounds span three hectares and include two swimming pools, a sea-view jacuzzi, a wellness area, and a private cove with an on-site nautical center offering a wide range of water activities. Two additional annexes on the estate provide a total of 24 bedrooms for rent, accommodating up to 48 guests in total. This remarkable villa is the perfect venue for both relaxation and corporate retreats by the Mediterranean.
Rates: From €500 excl. VAT/participant/day, full board - 8 to 48 participants.
In July and August, it is not possible to rent the cottage or bastide alone. Only the entire estate can be rented.
